First of all, thank you. Without you, MySafe:LA couldn’t have reached over 225,000 kids over the past five years with our fire and life safety messages. You make our mission possible.
So we’d like to make your job a little easier. That’s why MySafeLA.org contains a wealth of resources and information for educators not only in Los Angeles, but throughout the State of California and the country. The focus is on the greater Los Angeles area, but many of these materials are of value no matter where you teach.
Our written materials are PDFs for convenient download, and have been fully vetted by national organizations like the National Fire Protection Administration, FEMA, the Home Safety Council, and Vision 20/20.
Register with us. It’s free and so are all the educational materials.
In our in-person presentations, we always teach with multimedia tools, and urge you to use our vast collection of award-winning educational films. You can see most of them throughout this website. But if you would like to download specific films, visit our Vimeo Channel. We set it up so all videos are available for download or live streaming.
MySafe:LA is about awareness and education. Our focus is on providing the materials and the support you need, to aid you in the classroom. We designed this stuff for you. Help yourself!
