Do you know why California has earthquakes? Do they frighten you? California has many small earthquakes every single day. But some quakes are yet to come, and those include what most people refer to as "the Big One!" The term is appropriate, as an earthquake at the southern end of the San Andreas fault can cause damage unlike anything you've ever seen before.
